Our online loyalty portal is currently down for maintenance. You can continue to use your Burtons Grill / Red Heat Tavern loyalty card in-store by providing your server with your phone number so they can attribute your check to your loyalty account. Reward and point accumulation will continue normally. This maintenance only affects the online lookup portal. If you would like to check your points or accrued rewards, this can be looked up in-store by providing your phone or loyalty card number.
